    Protection of biodiversity: Presence of trees, hedgerows, embankments, vineyard shelters (known as \u201ccabanons<\/em>\u201d), grassing around the vines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • Phytosanitary strategy: Reduction of phytosanitary products. Practice of mechanical weeding.<\/li>\n
  • Fertilisation management: Our fertilisers are all organic and of organic origin.<\/li>\n
  • Water resource management: We monitor the amount of water used during our drip irrigation (carried out only when authorised and for a short time). We use drought-resistant grape varieties, the most resistant of which is Carignan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
