The berries of this grape variety, native to the Rhône region, turn amber and golden when ripe. We have selected vines planted on a gorgeous silty-clay terroir which receives a great deal of sunshine. The hot, dry climate helps the grapes to ripen well and also helps to maintain the vineyards in good health

VINIFICATION & AGEING

The grapes are harvested when fully ripe early in the morning and are then directly and gently pressed. The Viognier ferments in stainless steel vats at 18-20°C for 15 days. We do not carry out the malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness of the aromas. After a tangential filtration, the wine is bottled in the March following the harvest.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”RECOMMENDATIONS”][vc_column_text]

SERVING

An excellent aperitif wine.
