Protection of biodiversity: Presence of trees, hedgerows, embankments, vineyard shelters (known as “cabanons”), grassing around the vines.
- Phytosanitary strategy: Reduction of phytosanitary products. Practice of mechanical weeding.
- Fertilisation management: Our fertilisers are all organic and of organic origin.
- Water resource management: We monitor the amount of water used during our drip irrigation (carried out only when authorised and for a short time). We use drought-resistant grape varieties, the most resistant of which is Carignan.
